TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the July 15, 2024 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Public Hearing: on a request from Brian J. Bedner to rezone Parcel #0811-164-8500-3, 39.9 acres, currently zoned A1-EX (Exclusive Agricultural District), located at 5673 Town Hall Dr. Brian is breaking off 5 acres and the farm house & buildings from the farm land to create a new parcel and rezoning this parcel to AG (Agriculture). 7. Consider and Take Action: on Brian J. Bedner’s request. 8. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Catherine Koepke on Parcel #0811-242-9720-0, 3.25 acres, currently zoned RH-1 (Rural Homes District), located at 5415 County Highway TT. Catherine is thinking of splitting this parcel. 9. Any other Old or New Business. 10. Next meeting date: Monday, September 16, 2024. Adjournment.
