TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the May 20, 2024 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Jake Smith, on Parcel #0811-183-8060-3, 16 acres, currently zoned A-1 (EX) (Exclusive Agriculture) located at 3084 Bailey Rd. Jake and his wife run Hay Bale Haven. Jake would like to present another new idea to the Planning Commission for his property. 7. Consider and Take Action: Amendment to Chapter 1.0620, Section (4) of the Town Zoning Ordinance regarding larger scale home-based businesses. 8. Any other Old or New Business. 9.
