TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the February 19, 2024 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Public Hearing: on a request from Adam Rademacher, to rezone Parcel #0811-281-8400-2, 5 acres, located at 5239 Town Hall Dr. Currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture). Adam would like to rezone this parcel to AG (Agriculture). In the future, Adam would like to break off 1+ acre(s) for a family member to build a new home. 7. Consider and Take Action: on Adam Rademacher’s request. 8. Public Hearing: on a request from Dan & Tammy Grady, to rezone Parcel #0811-353- 8850-0, 61.13 acres, located at 4865 Baxter Rd. Currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture). Dan & Tammy would like rezone to 1+ acres of this parcel to SFR (Single Family Residence), for their daughter and her family to build a new home. 9. Consider and Take Action: on Dan & Tammy Grady’s request. 10. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Marjorie Kriel, on Parcel #0811-094-9360-6, 2.50 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture) and Parcel #0811-094-9340-0, 4.02 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture), located at 2440 Bailey Rd. Marjorie is thinking of dividing her property for new homes. 11. Any other Old or New Business. 12. Next meeting date: Monday, April 15, 2024. Adjournment.
