TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the January 22, 2024 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Adam Rademacher, on Parcel #0811-281-8400-2, 5 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture), located at 5239 Town Hall Dr. Adam would like to break off 1+ acre(s) to build a new home for a family member. 7. Preliminary Hearing: On a request from Dan & Tammy Grady, on Parcel #0811-353- 8850-0, 61.13 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture), located at 4865 Baxter Rd. Dan is ready to move forward with breaking off 1 acre and creating a lot for his daughter to build a home. 8. Any other Old or New Business. 9. Next meeting date: Monday, March 18, 2024. Adjournment.
