TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the October 16th and November 20th, 2023 Plan Commission meetings. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Preliminary Hearing: On a request from Jake & CeJay Smith, on Parcel #0811-183-8060- 3, 16 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture District), located at 3090 Bailey Rd. Jake & CeJay would like to discuss what other types of activities can be held at Hay Bale Haven. 7. Preliminary Hearing: On a request from Thomas Voit, on Parcel #0811-221-9685-9, 20.10 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture District) and Parcel #0811- 224-8000-5, 40 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture District) located at Charles Hahn Rd. Tom & Kay would like to possibly build a home and an accessory building. 8. Presentation from the Comprehensive Plan Committee on the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan. 9.
