This meeting will be held in-person at Town Hall (2379 Town Hall Rd.) Landowner Proposed Amendment to the Town of Springdale Land Use Plan - The landowner proposed amendments dealing with building envelope changes and concept plan definition. 6. Plan Commission proposed Amendments to the Town Land Use Plan. Updates to several definitions, clarification/reordering of concept plan process as described in Land Use Plan, concept plan and building envelope change process delineation, addition of language from driveway ordinance about exceptions to frontage requirement standards, and addition of reference to the town sign ordinance. 7. Possible recommendation for update to the Town Land Division and Sudivision Ordinance – updates to ordinance language that is drawn from suggested amendments to the land use plan: when the town updates language in one we must reflect this is the other for consistence 7.
