Minutes of Town Board Meeting November 24, 2025
The Town board met with staff members on Monday, November 24, 2025. Board members
present included Supervisors Schwenn and Altschul and Chair Rosenbaum
The meeting was called to order at 12:35 pm. Rosenbaum confirmed the meeting was
posted in advance in conformance with state open meetings regulations.
Altschul moved to go into closed session for the purpose of conducting confidential
appraisals with staff. Schwenn seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Following confidential conversations with Amy Jester, Jackie Arthur, Lisa Shatrawka and
Devin Dahlk, Schwenn moved to adjourn the closed session at 3:20 pm. Altschul
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at
3:21pm.
Schwenn moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:21 pm. Altschul seconded the motion and it
passed unanimously.
