TOWN OF SPRINGDALE NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025 Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. stats., the Town of Springdale assessment roll will be open for examination on TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025, in person at the Springdale Town Hall (2379 Town Hall Rd. Mt. Horeb, WI 53572) from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Property owners do not have to attend the Open Book to speak with an assessor; you may contact Catalis Tax & CAMA any time prior to the Board of Review (on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 3-5 PM). To set up an Open Book appointment, please email or call Spencer Frame (Assessor) at (262)253-1142, or spencer.frame@catalisgov.com.
