Springdale Plan Commission (PC) Site Visit
Springdale Plan Commission Site Visit Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6pm
Bilse Lands/ Lunde Lane/ Site Visit/ Sec 32.
The purpose of the site visit is to better understand the land due to a request for building
envelope changes on a previously approved concept plan. No action shall be taken at the site
visit. A majority of the PC and TB may be in attendance.
*We will meet to begin the site visit on Lunde Lane by the mailbox for 2535 Lunde Lane.
