MINUTES SPRINGDALE TOWN BOARD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2024 AT 10:00 AM TB Approved 12/17/24 1. Call to order by Rosenbaum at 10 AM. A quorum of TB members present at town hall, Rosenbaum, Hefty and Schwenn. Also present at town hall were Admin Clerk Arthur and PC Member and town resident Kelly Altschul. Meeting was broadcast by Zoom as publicly noticed. Dean Peters, Associated Appraisal, attended by Zoom. 2. Certification of compliance with open meetings law by Arthur. Confirmed posting in compliance with the open meetings law on 11/19 AND 11/25 at springdalewi.gov and 11/19 at Town Hall. Mt. Horeb Mail notified 11/20. 3. Discussion and action on new town assessor contract; current contract (Accurate Assessors) expires 2024. Discussion with Catalis Tax and CAMA. Discussion of submitted contract and packet, and scope of work. 4. Meeting with Dean Peters, Associated Appraisal Consultants, at 11:30 AM via the zoom link above.
