Town of Rutland Planning Commission Meeting-MINUTES 785 Center Rd. March 2, 2026 – 6:30 p.m. Planning Commission meeting Agenda: 1. Call Planning Commission meeting to order. PC Chair Jim Huycke called meeting to order at 6:31 pm. 2. Roll Call- Derek Nedveck, Josh Cooper, Michelle Perz, alternate Kent Knutson and Jim Huycke were present. Bill Boerigter was absent. Kim Sime was present as well. Others in attendance via Zoom or in person are on file. 3. Approval of the February meeting minutes. Knutson motioned to approve. Second by Perz. MP 5-0 4. Preliminary discussion regarding a possible CUP for a limited family business at 3454 Old Stone Road, RE: Cultivation Room. Discussion only. No Action Taken 5. Ordinances to be reviewed and discussed: Speed limit, Racetrack, Amending Town ordinances and Mobile home. Discussion on the ordinances. Several typo’s were corrected. Amendments with updates will be submitted to the Town’s attorney. 6. Discussion on CE and training. Tabled for March 30th, 2026 meeting. 7. Review future meeting dates.
