Rutland Town Board October 21, 2025 – 10:00 am 785 Center Road Minutes Agenda: Kent Knutson called the meeting to order at 10:07 am Roll Call: Jim Dorn, Mark Porter, Sue Williams, Nancy Nedveck, Kent Knutson 1. Resolution to approve exceeding the levy Limit for the Oregon Fire/EMS District: Sue Williams moved to approve resolution 25-10-1. Nancy Nedveck seconded. All approved. 2. Traffic Logix Cloud Renewal Options: Discussion on the different options for renewal. Mark Porter moved to extend the Cloud renewal for 3 years. Jim Dorn seconded. All approved. 3. Oregon Kennedy Park: Discussion tabled until next meeting. 4. Budget work. Discussion of the budget 5. Existing tractor loan from John Deere to Sloan: Discussion regarding the payment options for the tractor loan. Kent Knutson moved to split the payment with $7,500 due now and $7,500 due next year. Sue Williams seconded. All approved. Next meeting October 28, 2025 at 10:00 am Motion to adjourn Sue Williams, Kent Knutson seconded. All Approved.
