Town of Rutland Planning Commission Meeting 785 Center Rd. October 6, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held via zoom and in person at the Rutland Town Hall Planning Commission meeting Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of the September meeting minutes. 4. Preliminary inquiry by John Olson regarding rezoning of part of a parcel on Hwy 138 to commercial zoning (currently 2 zoning districts on one parcel.) 5. Discussion on creating an event permit. 6. Discussion on adopting a dark sky ordinance 7. Discussion and possible recommendation on Escrow Ordinance 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to add Class B weight limit to Franklin Road 9. Discussion and possible recommendation on Resolution for the Coalition Against Bigger Trucks (CABT), 10. Discussion and recommendation to make Michele Perz a voting member of the PC and make Kent Knutson the alternate. The term dates of the members do not change 11.
