Minutes for Town of Wilson Monthly Meeting 10/6/2026 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Meyer at 7:01 pm at the Town Hall. Present was Chairman Dan Meyer, Supervisor Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present were Tom Richardson and Wayne Bonick. Absent was Supervisor Ed Shilts. On motion by Vizer/Meyer the Board approved the minutes of the September meeting as printed. The Treasurer's report was presented to the Board. Third quarter shared revenue will be deposited by the end of the month. The Board moved to transfer $100,000 from the general checking account to the MMA account. Meyer also asked that a dust control insert should be included in the tax letter for this year. The Clerk presented the preliminary budget to the Board. No changes were provided however the Clerk did ask the Board if the Clerk and Treasurer could receive a per diem for phone service of $70 per month; the Board approved. In road and park related; a firepit ring was donated to the park. Dave will grade roads again once we receive more rain. The Clerk submitted bills for payment; all of which were approved along with any others that arrive and are due before the next monthly meeting. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, November 10th, 2026 at 7:00pm. On motion by Vizer/Meyer the meeting adjourned at 7:51pm. Danielle Barka, Clerk
