Minutes for Town of Wilson Monthly Meeting 8/6/2026 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Meyer at 7:02 pm at the Town Hall. Present was Chairman Dan Meyer, Supervisors Ed Shilts and Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present were Tom Richardson and Wayne Bonick On motion by Vizer/Shilts the Board approved the minutes of the July meeting as printed. The Treasurer's report was presented to the Board. In road and park related; the light has been replaced at the park. The Board agreed to have ditch mowing done one more time in September and Dave graded following the rain. The Board signed the dust control letter stating that no Town residents are to spread any dust control solutions on the road until further notice. The Clerk presented the insurance renewal from Rural Mutual Insurance. The policy cost went up around $1,000 to $9,200. The Board moved to renew. The Clerk submitted bills for payment; all of which were approved along with any others that arrive and are due before the next monthly meeting. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 7:00pm. On motion by Vizer/Shilts the meeting adjourned at 7:26pm. Danielle Barka, Clerk
