Minutes for Town of Wilson Monthly Meeting 3/10/2026 The meeting was called to order by 1st Supervisor Ed Shilts at 7:01 pm at the Town Hall. Present were Supervisors Ed Shilts and Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present were Tom Richardson and Wayne Bonick. Absent was Chairman Dan Meyer. On motion by Shilts/Vizer the Board approved the minutes of the February meeting as printed. The Treasurer's report was presented to the Board. Timber severance came in at around $35,000. In road and park related items; the County posted their weight limits on County roads, Ed will call Ron to have weight limit signs placed on Town roads. Barka noted that the County will be out on Gravel Pit Road to begin the process of prepping the bridge for replacement this summer. They will be removing brush and possibly placing bird netting below. There will be a meeting in the next 60 to 90 days to go over the project with the County as well as detour details. Ed noted that he received a call from County dispatch regarding some truck tires that were left on the road; Ed removed them and disposed of them at the dump. The Clerk submitted bills for payment; all of which were approved along with any others that arrive and are due before the next monthly meeting. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 This meeting is to follow the already scheduled annual meeting for 7:00pm that evening. On motion by Vizer/Shilts the meeting adjourned at 7:13pm. Danielle Barka, Clerk
