Minutes for Town of Wilson Monthly Meeting 2/10/2026 The meeting was called to order by 1st Supervisor Ed Shilts at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall. Present were Supervisors Ed Shilts and Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present was Tom Richardson. Absent was Chairman Dan Meyer. On motion by Vizer/Shilts the Board approved the minutes of the January meeting as printed. The Treasurer's report was presented to the Board. The final February settlements will be disbursed following tax collections. In road and park related items; there was some drifting over Hamilton Falls Road that was called in and was taken care of right away; otherwise roads are in good condition. The Clerk noted that Regan Watts from the Eau Claire County Recycling program would like to attend an upcoming meeting to go over changes coming to the County recycling program in 2026. The Treasurer noted that in talking with residents during tax collections that Veterans and people with disabilities are looking for resources for home updates and maintenance and other financial assistance. She has obtained great resources from the ARDC and Veteran’s organizations in the county. The Clerk submitted bills for payment; all of which were approved along with any others that arrive and are due before the next monthly meeting. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at 7:00p.m. at the Town Hall. On motion by Vizer/Shilts the meeting adjourned at 7:27pm. Danielle Barka, Clerk
