MINUTES OF TOWN OF WILSON ANNUAL MEETING - APRIL, 15th 2025 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Meyer at 7:02pm at the Town Hall. Present was Chairman Dan Meyer, Supervisors Ed Shilts and Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present were Tom Richardson and Wayne Bonick. On motion by Meyer/Vizer the electors agreed to a verbal/hand vote of all motions. On motion by Meyer/Shilts the minutes of last year's annual meeting were approved as printed. Approved 7-0. On motion by Vizer/Meyer last year's financial statement was approved by a vote of 7-0. On motion by Meyer the electors moved to discuss operator wages at the proceeding monthly meeting. All in favor. Electors discussed and moved to adjust Board wages by approximately 12% following the next election as follows: Motioned passed 7-0. Chairman: $300 to $350/month Supervisors: $150 to $175/month Treasurer: $550 to $625/month Clerk: $850 to $975/month There was no public comment. On motion by Vizer/Richardson the next Annual meeting was scheduled for April 21st, 2026 which is the default date according to state statutes which states the annual meeting should be scheduled the 3rd Tuesday in April. If this date is followed by state statute there is no public notice required. Tom Richardson/Wayne Bonick moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:16p.m. Motion carried. Danielle Barka - Clerk
