Minutes for Town of Wilson Monthly Meeting 1/7/2025 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Meyer at 7:14 pm at the Town Hall following the caucus. Present were Chairman Meyer, Supervisors Ed Shilts and Aaron Vizer, Clerk Danielle Barka and Treasurer Robin Richardson. Also present were Tom Richardson, Wayne Bonick, Ben Huth and Charles Huth. On motion by Vizer/Shilts the Board approved the minutes of the December meeting as printed. The Treasurer's report was presented to the Board. Of note, the LRIP reimbursement was received for $31,981.28. The January settlement for taxes will also be sent out to the County and school districts. In road related items; Meyer noted that Lonny Roth will be coming around to trim the brush on the roadsides in the next month. The state will be coming to inspect the salt/sand pile in February/March and the bridge construction is still on schedule for 2026. Finally, Meyer noted that he does not believe that Dale Marion will be back to work so he is looking for someone to take care of the park; especially over the summer months. He believes that Jerry Darrow would be interested in looking after and mowing the park and he has asked if Ron Schmitt would be interested in snow plowing. Meyer noted that he has not heard back yet from EO Johnson yet on digitizing records. Aaron Vizer noted that Josh Meyers would be interested in coming to speak to the Board about a Town website. The Board agreed to having Aaron set up a time for the next monthly meeting. The Clerk submitted bills for payment; all of which were approved along with any others that arrive and are due before the next monthly meeting. The next regular Board meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, February 11 th , 2025. Meyer/Vizer moved to adjourn that meeting at 7:42 pm. Danielle Barka, Clerk
