Meeting Minutes: 1 Call to Order Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm. 2 Pledge of Allegiance Recited by all 4 Appointment of Chairperson Motion Sobralski to appoint Jim Egan as Chairperson. Seconded - Linn All voting aye - Approved 5 Verification of Mandatory Training of at least one member Egan and Linn completed the mandatory training per Wisconsin Statue 70.46 (4). Sobralski filed the BOR member Training Affidavit with the State of Wisconsin. 6 Verification of Postings Sobralski stated the agenda was properly posted at the Chain O Lakes Mart, MJ’s Wayside, the Town Hall and on the Town's website. Local news media were notified more than 24 hours in advance. 7 Receipt, Examination and Review of 2026 Assessment Roll The assessment roll was received and examined by the Board. The affidavit was signed by the Assessor. 8 Verification of Open Book Session Open Book Session was held on July 30, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The Town Assessor, Town Chairperson and Town Clerk were present. 9 Objections None 10 Acceptance of 2026 Assessment Roll Motion - Egan Seconded - Linn All voting aye – Approved 14 Adjournment Motion - Egam Seconded - Linn All voting aye – Approved Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm Nancy Sobralski – Town Clerk Date of Approval - 09/01/2026
