Minutes 11-18-2025 Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Minutes Special Electors Meeting of Town of Washington Tuesday, November 18, 2025, commencing immediately following the Budget Hearing, at the Washington Town Hall Located at 2301 Town Hall Rd Visit the town website for more information town-of-washington.org Board Members Present: Jim Egan Town Chairman Art Granat Town Supervisor Carole Linn Town Supervisor Tiffany Bolte Town Treasurer Nancy Sobralski Town Clerk There were 5 other people in attendance Meeting Minutes: 1 Call to Order Meeting called to order at 5:20 pm 2 Verification of Postings Sobralski stated the agenda was properly posted at the Wild Eagle Corner Store, MJ’s Wayside, the Town Hall and on the Town's website. Local news media were notified more than 24 hours in advance. 3 Approval of the Agenda Motion – Granat Seconded – Egan All voting aye - Approved 4 Adoption of the town board’s resolution to exceed the tax levy pursuant to s.60.0602 of Wis Statues in the amount of $196,515.00 Egan presented the resolution for approval by the town electors, to approve the town board’s resolution to exceed the tax levy limit. Motion - Tomlanovich Seconded – Lynne Petruzates All voting aye -Approved 5 Adoption of the 2025 total tax levy to be collected in 2026 pursuant to s.60.10(1)(a) of Wis Statutes Egan presented the resolution for approval by the town electors, to adopt the total tax levy. Motion to approve – Holly Tomlanovich Seconded – Pat Weber All voting aye = Approved 6 Adjournment Motion to adjourn - Egan – Seconded – Lynne Petruzates All voting aye – Approved Meeting adjourned at 5:24 pm Nancy Sobralski – Town Clerk Approved: 04/21/2026
