October 22, 2025 Meeting Minutes Town of Washington/Vilas County Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Minutes Special Board Meeting of the Town of Washington Board of Supervisors Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 5:00 pm, at the Washington Town Hall Located at 2301 Town Hall Rd Visit the town website for more information town-of-washington.org Board Members Present: Jim Egan Town Chairman Art Granat Town Supervisor Carole Linn Town Supervisor Tiffany Bolte (Excused) Town Treasurer Nancy Sobralski Town Clerk There was 1 other people in attendance Meeting Minutes: 1 Call to Order Meeting called to order at 5:03 pm 2 Verification of Postings Sobralski stated the agenda was properly posted at the Wild Eagle Corner Store, MJ’s Wayside, the Town Hall and on the Town's website. Local news media were notified more than 24 hours in advance. 3 Approval of Liquor License Application – Chain Lake Express LLC/dba Chain O Lake Mart Sobralski presented the liquor and tobacco license applications for Chain Lake Express LLC/dba Chain O Lake Mart, effective October 31, 2025. Motion – Egan to approve the application as submitted Seconded - Linn All voting aye – Approved 4 Approval of Operator Licenses Sobralski presented operator licenses for Sulav Ranabhat, Iris Nordine, Griffin Kenning, Maleea Eggleston, and Jennifer Raatz. All applicants have completed the application, paid the fees, and provided proof of completed server course.
