Land Use Plan Commission Minutes 11-04-19 Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Minutes Land Use Plan Commission Meeting ~ Monday, November 4, 2019 Present: Jim Behling~Chairman, Jim Egan ~ Secretary, Phill Epping~ Commission Member, Paul Chlapecka~ Commission Member, Roger Pluedeman~ Commission Member. There were also (16) other people in attendance. 1. Call to Order immediately following the Land Use Commission Public Hearing: Meeting called to order 5:07 pm 2. Approval of Minutes from September 12, 2019: Motion Pluedeman, to approve minutes from September 12th, seconded Epping, all voting aye, approved. 3. Discussion/Approval of Variance for Condominium Conversion: Chanticleer Inn East Dollar Lake Rd: Surveyor Thomas Boettcher, representing Jake and Sue Alward, presented a plan to construct garages for the condos at the Chanticleer Inn. Discussion was held. Alwards are requesting a variance of 50ft from center of E Dollar Lake Rd. Commission suggested access to the garages be placed away from the town road. Motion Behling to approve 50ft variance from center of road with the condition that each garage have single entry access on the east side, Motion amended by Epping to approve 50ft variance from center of road with the condition that each garage (labeled as #2,3,4,5,6,7,8 on survey No. E4388C1) have single entry access on the east side, seconded Egan, all voting aye, approved. Variance approval and conditions will be kept in the Clerk’s office. 4. Adjournment: Motion Pluedeman, seconded Chlapecka, Meeting adjourned 5:19pm
