Minutes 9-12-19 Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Land Use Plan Commission Meeting: Thursday, September 12, 2019 Present: Jim Behling~ Plan Commission Chairman, Phil Epping~ Commission Member, Paul Chlapecka~ Commission Member, Roger Pluedeman~ Commission Member, Jim Egan~ Secretary 1. Call to order 4:00 pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance: Recited by all 3. Approval of Minutes from June 19, 2019: Motion Roger Pluedeman, seconded Paul Chlapecka, all voting aye, approved. 4. Review Comments from Public Hearing and discuss and make necessary changes to Comprehensive Plan: Motion Jim Behling to approve the following inclusions or deletions of the Land Use Plan, seconded Phill Epping, all voting aye, approved. Snowmobile trails deleted, ATV/UTV trails shall not be included as trails are marked with signs and could change at any time, managed lands removed from Map 7, School forest to be removed from Map 4 and added to Map 6, Managed lands to be removed. 5. Acceptance of Plan by Plan Commission: Motion to accept the plan as amended Jim Egan, seconded Paul Chlapecka, all voting aye, approved. 6. Passage of Resolution to forward updated draft plan to Town Board for their approval: Motion to recommend to town board public hearing on November 4, 2019 by Jim Behling, seconded Roger Pluedeman, all voting aye, approved. 7.
