Land Use Plan Commission Minutes 6-22-20 Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Minutes Land Use Plan Commission Meeting ~ Monday, June 22, 2020 Present: Jim Behling, Phil Epping, Jim Egan, Paul Chlapecka and Roger Pluedeman There were no other people in attendance. 1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order 5:00pm by Jim Behling 2. Approval of Minutes from November 4, 2019: Motion to approve by Jim Egan, seconded by Paul Chlapecka. All in favor, opposed none, motion passed. 3. Discussion/Approval of Variance at 2795 N Star Rd: Variance was presented to build home 50ft from the centerline of N Star Rd. Motion to approve variance Jim Behling, seconded Roger Pluedeman, all in favor, aye, opposed none. Motion passed. 4. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn Behling, seconded Pluedeman. All in favor, aye.
