Land Use Plan Commission Minutes 4-14-21 Page 1 Town of Washington Vilas County, Wisconsin Minutes Land Use Plan Commission Meeting ~ Tuesday, April 14, 2021 Present: Phil Epping, Jim Egan, Paul Chlapecka and Roger Pluedeman. Absent: Jim Behling. There were no other people in attendance. 1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order 5:00pm 2. Discussion/Approval of Variances a. 4252 Chain O’Lakes Rd: Request was denied as there are already two driveways. No motion made. b. 1610 Rangeline Rd: Motion made by Jim Egan to approve variance of 46ft from the center of Rangeline Rd, seconded Roger Pluedeman. Those voting aye, Phil Epping, Roger Pluedeman, Paul Chlapecka and Jim Egan. None opposed. Motion passed. c. 3704 Chain O’Lakes Rd: Motion made by Jim Egan to approve variance of 45ft from the center of Chain O’Lakes Rd, seconded Paul Chlapecka. Those voting aye Phil Epping, Roger Pluedeman, Paul Chlapecka and Jim Egan. None opposed. Motion passed. 3. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn Chlapecka, seconded Phil Epping, All voting, aye, Phil Epping, Roger Pluedeman, Paul Chlapecka and Jim Egan. None opposed. Motion passed. Jim Egan Secretary
