Harrison St, North Prairie, WI 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Discussion/action as necessary to approve minutes from September 24, 2026. 5. Citizen comments/concerns: no action will be taken on any items brought forward. 6. Discussion/action as necessary to approve the financial report and monthly account payables. A. Report from Administrative Assistant. 7. Discussion/action regarding the clarification for citizens, and employees of KMFD the position of our community leaders. A poll of both Village Presidents and the Town Chairperson as to their position on maintaining the KMFD. An opportunity for Town Chairperson to answer this question, was unable to attend September 24th meeting where both Village Presidents spoke on this item. Village Presidents have fulfilled this action item. 8. Discussion/action regarding the Fire Chief job description. 9. Discussion/action to authorize the 2023 audit to be finalized. 10. Discussion/action regarding Elderbrook’s budget submission. 11. Chief’s Monthly Report. 12. Upcoming Meeting: The next regular Fire Board meeting is Thursday November 19, 2026, at 6:30pm at Eagle Municipal Building. 13. Motion to adjourn.
