TOWN OF EAGLE, WAUKESHA COUNTY RESOLUTION 2026-04 A RESOLUTION TO REALLOCATE FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND MAINTANANCE FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2024 KIOTI DK6020SEHB TRACTOR WHEREAS, the Town of Eagle Public Works Department requires reliable and modern equipment to support year-round operations, including grounds maintenance, roadside mowing, snow removal, and general road upkeep; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that the purchase of a 2024 Kioti DK6020SEHB Tractor will provide essential operational capacity, improve efficiency, and support long-term maintenance needs for the Town; and WHEREAS, the Town has set aside funds available within the Maintenance Fund to support repair of this this equipment without adversely affecting ongoing municipal operations or financial stability; and WHEREAS, the Town has sufficient funds available within the General Fund to support this equipment purchase without adversely affecting ongoing municipal operations or financial stability; and WHEREAS the Town Board finds it in the best interest of the residents of the Town of Eagle to allocate funds for this equipment to ensure dependable and cost-effective public works services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Eagle hereby authorizes and approves the reallocation of $31,312.50 from the 111002 General Fund and $5000.00 from the 53240 Maintenance fund for the purchase of a 2024 Kioti DK6020SEHB Tractor for use by the Town of Eagle Department of Public Works; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Chairperson, the Public Works Commissioner, or their appointed representative has permission to sign any documents required to finalize the purchase.
