Town Board - Revised Agenda — Minutes

TOWN OF EAGLE TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING March 26, 2026 Approved Minutes Chairperson Mommaerts called the meeting to order at 5:30pm and led with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: D. Knauer, D. Domagalski, R. Hajewski, and C. Mommaerts were present. R. Kugel was excused. Discussion/Action on Town of Eagle insurance policy: Glatfelter sent a notice of non-renewal of liability insurance this year. The agency that took over the policies for property and inland marine in 2025, R & R Insurance, sought quotes for liability coverage. Although many of the carriers declined, R & R was able to present a policy. The policy was reviewed by the board. The Town is advised that an attorney be present at all planning and zoning meetings. Motion by Mommaerts to accept the presented insurance plan, less the terrorist coverage. Second by Hajewski. Motion carried (4-0). Discussion/Action on Resolution 2026-04 Reallocate Funds for Tractor Purchase: Motion by Knauer to amend the motion made on March 18, 2026, to be: purchase the 2024 Kioti tractor from Parker Power Equipment with $31,312.50 from the General Fund and $5,000 from the maintenance fund. Second by Domagalski. Motion carried (4-0). Motion by Knauer to approve resolution 2026-04 to purchase the 2024 Kioti tractor. Second by Hajewski. Motion carried (4-0). Motion to adjourn was made by Mommaerts. Domagalski seconded the motion. All in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 6:06pm. Respectfully submitted, Mercia Christian, Clerk
