Call to Order
President Gehrke called the Village Board meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: President Gehrke; Trustees Moonen, Baum, Quinn and Beal; and Administrator Green.
New Business
Discussion & necessary action to appoint Lacey Cook to the office of Village Treasurer
Motion by Moonen, second by Beal, to a ppoint Lacey Cook to the office of Village Treasurer for the
Village of Lisbon. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
There being no further business, motion by Moonen, second by Baum, to adjourn the meeting at
6:03p.m.
