Absent: Paul Normington, Jeff Plazak & Donette Mayrack Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all those present. Citizen Comments - None Announcements/Correspondence • Farewell to outgoing member Paul Normington Supervisor Quinn thanked Mr. Normington for his years of service to the Committee and his contribution to the Parks efforts. Approval of Meeting Minutes 4/8/2026 Parks Committee Motion by Ed Nelson , second by Marlene Kumitsch , to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Monthly Report(s) A. Parks Department Supervisor Lund gave a brief update on current Parks Department projects and accomplishments. No action was taken. B. Special Projects Administrator Green gave a brief update on the current status of the Parkitecture Planning project. No action was taken. Event Planning A. Community Festival Parks Committee Minutes May 13, 2026 Page 2 of 2 Office: (262) 246-6100 | Email: VillageHall@LisbonWI.gov | Website: www.LisbonWI.gov The Committee discussed planning efforts for the Community Festival event on June 20 th. They also discussed the need for more volunteers for special events and to serve on the Committee. New Business A. Discussion and necessary action re: 5k event for Silver Circle to be held at Lisbon Community Park on July 11th, and recommendation to Village Board for the same. Motion by Ed Nelson, second by Marlene Kumitsch , to recommend Village Board approv al of a 5k event for Silver Circle to be held at Lisbon Community Park on July 11th, and recommendation to the Village Board of the same. Motion carried unanimously. Adjournment There being no further business, motion by Ed Nelson second by Marlene Kumitsch, to adjourn the meeting at 5:46 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
