Absent: Administrator Green, Engineer Leisses, and Attorney Larson were absent and excused. Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Lisbon Plan Commission on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, starting at 6:30p.m. at the Richard Jung Memorial Fire Station, N54W26455 Lisbon Road, to solicit public comments on a request by applicant James Heinritz/ Hometown Storage So lutions LLC, on behalf of property owner Jim Wesp/ Wesp Family Trust, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a self -storage facility on the northeasternmost 3 acres of a vacant 15.65-acre parcel in the B -3 General Business District located along County Road Q and identified as Tax Key LSBT 0161.999.010. (Cancelled to allow Applicant to resubmit with additional information) President Gehrke announced that the scheduled public hearing had been cancelled at the applicant’s request and was anticipated to return next month. Clerk Cappozzo explained that the applicant had requested postponement to allow him to resubmit with more information, as there were too many outstanding questions to make any recommendation. The matter was expected to come back for the April meeting rather than March, with new public hearing notices and mailings to be sent out. ********************************* Citizen Comments None. Request for new tenant SPPOO for Cru Concrete at N70W25156 Indian Grass Lane Motion by Eberle, second by Baum, to approve the proposed Site Plan and Plan of Operation for Mike Swift/ Cru Concrete to be located at N70W25156 Indian Grass Lane , subject to Planner and Engineer comments. Motion carried unanimously. Planner Report Planner Sumwalt gave a brief update on recent Planner Appointments and upcoming projects. No action taken.
