Stat. §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a close d session, more specifically regarding the Development Agreement between Village of Lisbon and ST Management LLC as it pertains to the sale of vacant village-owned land at Business Park East. o Motion to adjourn into Closed Session o Roll Call Vote o Closed Session 3. Open Session Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(2) for discussion and any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session. 4.
