Proposed Zoning: Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) 3.8 acres
Intended use: Rezone existing homestead to a residential lot
Motion to approve rezone by John Lutz 2nd by Phillip Braithwaite with friendly
amendment to include Medina Animal Restrictions to apply carried 5-0
This will be presented to the Median Town Board on August 12, 2026, 6pm
