The meeting was called to order by chairman Phillip Braithwaite. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Present were- Phillip Braithwaite, Sue Zingshiem, John Lutz, Mike Wedeward, Al Wedeward and Mike Haag, Keith Reamer absent. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting- August 26, 2025 Motion by John Lutz, 2nd Mike Haag, motion carried 4-0 Rezone Application- Michael Wedeward (on behalf of Wedeward Living Trust) 371 Waterloo Rd, Marshall Wi. Parcel Number- 036/0812-141-8500-8 Current Zoning- Farmland Preservation-35 (FP35) 38.8 acres Proposed Zoning- Rural Residential (RR-1) 1.25 acres Intended Use- Create residential lot to include existing house, detached garage, and shed Changing trust to LLC Motion to approve rezone by John Lutz, 2nd by Mike Haag, motion carried. 4-0 Rezone will be presented to Medina Town Board January 14, 2006 at 6pm Caucus at 5pm Adjournment- Motion by Mike Haag 6:06 pm Sue Zingshiem/secretary
