Town of Medina Budget Public Hearing Special Town of Electors Meeting Minutes Tuesday November 18th, 2025, at 6 PM Medina Town Hall The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chairman Weinberger The Public Hearing was published in The Star on November 14th, 2025. Also posted at; townofmedina.wi.gov, Medina Town Hall, The Barrel Inn, Whisper’s Roadhouse The Pledge of Allegiance was cited by those in attendance. Present were Chairman Todd Weinberger, Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite, Supervisor Sue Zingshiem, Supervisor Steven Nampel and Supervisor John Hellenbrand; Town Electors present- Sue Meffert, Michelle Palminteri, and Julie Kaufman. Printed documents were available for those in attendance. Chairman Weinberger presented the proposed 2026 budget. Chairman Weinberger asked the electors for any comments or concerns regarding the proposed 2026 budget. There were no questions or comments. Chairman Weinberger then went over the updates on the Box Elder Road project. Motion made by Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite to deny the amendment to the Box Elder Road-Payne and Dolan- contract, Motion was seconded by Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Motion passed 5/0. Chairman Weinberger asked the Electors for any questions or concerns on the budget. Motion made by Julie Kaufmann to approve the 2026 Levy; motion was seconded by Sue Meffert. Motion passed 8/0-Todd Weinberger, Phillip Braithwaite, John Hellenbrand, Sue Zingshiem, Steven Nampel, Michelle Palminteri, Julie Kaufman, and Sue Meffert.
