The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present were Chairman Todd Weinberger, Supervisor Steven Nampel , and Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Lulling- Supervisor Sue Zingshiem absent Meeting Posted: Wednesday October 15th, 2025; Town Hall, Whisper’s Roadhouse, Barrel Inn, and Townofmedina.wi.gov Budget Discussion: Budget gone over by line items. Motion made at 7:03 pm by Chairman Todd Weinberger to enter closed session, motion was seconded by Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Motion passed 4/0 Motion made at 7:33 pm by Chairman Todd Weinberger to reenter open session, motion seconded by Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Motion passed 4/0 In Open Session: Motion made by Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite to increase the patrolman’s hourly wages by 3% for 2026. Motion was seconded by Supervisor Steven Nampel. Motion passed 4/0. Motion made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand to increase the Town Clerk/Treasurer hourly wage by $1.00, Motion was seconded by Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite. Motion passed 4/0.
