Planning Commission — Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Phillip Braithwaite Present were- Sue Zingshiem, Phillip Braithwaite, Keith Reamer, Michael Haag and Mary Olson John Lutz absent. Pledge of Allegiance recited Approval of Previous minutes-6-24-2025 Motion by Keith Reamer, 2nd by Michael Haag, motion carried- 4-0 Driveway Permit Application- Mary J. Olson-5470 Missouri Road, Marshall, Wi. Intended Use-Separate access to planned residential accessory building Mary stated building would measure 60x64 Phillip was concerned about setback requirements Mary stated to the North that the cornfield was 30 feet on her property which will allow for 10-foot setback to north and from the house Site clearance good Slope good Driveway would have a culvert and 12-foot width Building would be for cold storage Motion to approve driveway application permit, by Mike Haag, 2nd Keith Reamer, motion carried. 4-0 The above will be presented to the Medina Town Board on Wed.
