The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Recognize Those In Attendance - Quorum-Village of Marshall -yes, Quorum-Town of Medina -yes, Quorum-Town of York-yes Motion made by Town of Medina Chairman Todd Weinberger to move into caucus at 6:34 p.m., motion was seconded by Dean Helwig for the Town of York. Caucus was completed at 6:42 p.m. Motion made by Dean Helwig to award Lifestar the EMS contract as of January 01, 2026, with a 3- year term and a 2-year optional term, motion was seconded by Town of Medina Chairman Todd Weinberger. Roll Vote- Town of York- yes, Town of Medina-in line with Town of York, Village of Marshall-in line with Town of York. Motion carries 3/0. Adjournment: Motion made by Village of Marshall President John Schuepbach to adjourn the Special meeting at 6:54 p.m., motion was seconded by Village of Marshall Board Member Elisa Kinder.
