The meeting was called to order by Chairman Phillip Braithwaite Pledge of Allegiance Recited Present were-Sue Zingshiem, Phillip Braithwaite, John Lutz, Keith Reamer Absent Approval of May 27, 2025-Motion by John Lutz, second by Phillip Braithwaite, motion carried 3-0 Mike Haag arrived Rezone Permit- Sherrie Goller (Bobby Keller) on behalf of Phillip A. and Helen Keller Living Trust 5594 Cherry Lane, Marshall Wi. Parcel #'s 0812-133-9000-1 and 0812-133-8500-8 Current Zoning-Farmland Preservation-35 (FP-35) 39.8 acres and 40 acres, respectively Proposed Zoning-Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) 2.86 acres Intended Use- Separation of existing house from farmland for future sale Motion by Phillip Braithwaite to approve Rezone, 2nd by Mike Haag Motion carried 4-0 With following to apply- Medina Animal Restrictions to Apply Bobby Keller will provide easement to rented farmland gravel drive already there Rezone Permit Application will be presented to the Medina Town Board July 9, 2025, 6pm Adjourn-Motion by John Lutz Sue Zingshiem/Planning Co.
