Town Board — Minutes

Meeting minutes from 03/18/2025 Trek Race Permit: Race has been re-routed to Tower Line Road instead of down Missouri Road. It could create another lap needed for the race depending on the speed of the race. Sheriff Deputies will hopefully be at every intersection-but there is not that confirming information tonight. Large message boards will be placed throughout the route. Motion made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand to approve the Trek permit; Motion was seconded by Supervisor John Ward. Motion passed 5/0. Motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand at 6:23 p.m. Motion was seconded by Supervisor John Ward. Meeting adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
