The meeting was called to order by Chairman Phillip Braithwaite Pledge of Allegiance recited Roll Call: Sue Zingshiem, Phillip Braithwaite, Lee Braithwaite, Keith Reamer and Gary Lukens Michael Haag absent. Motion to approve minutes from September 24, 20024 by Gary Lukens, 2nd Keith Reamer, motion carried. 4-0 Rezone Permit Application- Phillip and Leaota Braithwaite, 4996 Tower Line Road, Marshall, Wi. Parcel #: 036/0812-351-8500-4 (40.3 acres) Current Zoning: Farmland Preservation-35 (FP35) Proposed Zoning: Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) 2.0 acres Farmland Preservation-35 (FP-35) 38.3 acres Intended Use: Construction of single-family residence One density unit allowed will be located Southwestern 40 off of Town Road-Gladys Drive. Which is currently scrub woods. Single-family residence for Lee's parents. Motion to approve rezone: Motion by Gary Lukens, 2nd Keith Reamer motion carried with following to apply: 2 FP parcels restricted to no further residential development. 3- 0 Phillip Braithwaite abstain.
