Public Hearing: Willie and Sarah Osborne voiced their concerns as addressed in an email dated 9-25- 24 How does this fit in comp plan They feel 61% of farmland will be used Feel that it is industrial not Ag even though a permitted use by Dane Co Safety-Road not suited for heavy traffic Damage to Road Petition with 227 signatures against Closed Public Hearing 6:20 pm Special Meeting Todd is having GEC do a road impact report on Canal road on area proposed to be used by Van Holten's Phillip feels there should be a restoration clause-at this time Van Holten's have not addressed one Road Agreement-Todd will contact our attorney about Bond or Account for road agreement Todd addressed public concerns Phillip requested a road maintenance contract with inflation of 5% as tank yard increases which would have to be put in place before rezone No action taken Set next special meeting for Oct 1 with Oct 3 as alternate date Oct 9 Medina Reg meeting Vote 7:14 Adjourn John Hellebrand
