Planning Commission — Minutes

Town of Lincoln Planning Commission Meeting September 9, 2026 Chair Ken Fox called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Eric Sonnleitner – Planner from North Central WI Regional Planning Commission (NCWRPC), Supervisor Ken Fox, Town Chair Bill Hassey, Member Kurt Hartwig, Member Dan Kramer, Member Steve Burr, Member John Mors Jr, and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Sherry Schmidt. Absent: Member Charity Boldebuck, and Member Nan Andrews Open Meeting Statement and Verification Media Notification given by Ken Fox. The Agenda was approved on a motion by Mors, seconded by Kramer, with all in favor; the motion carried. Review of Chapters 8, 9, and 7 (Intergovernmental Cooperation, Implementation, and Land Use ) and related maps. The Commission briefly discussed issues and concerns. The next Planning Commission meeting was set for October 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Town Hall. A motion to adjourn was made by Hartwig and seconded by Mors.
