Planning Commission — Minutes

Town of Lincoln Planning Commission Meeting July 8, 2026 Chair Ken Fox called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Eric Sonnleitner — Planner from North Central WI Regional Planning Commission (NCWRPC), Supervisor Ken Fox, Town Chair Bill Hassey, Member Kurt Hartwig, Member Dan Kramer, Member Steve Burr, Member John Mohr Jr, Member Charity Boldebuck, Member Nan Andrews, and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Sherry Schmidt. Open Meeting Statement and Verification Media Notification given by Ken Fox. The Agenda was approved on a motion by Kramer, seconded by Mohr, with all in favor; the motion carried. Review of Chapters 4-6 (Transportation, Utilities & Community) and related maps. A brief discussion was held on issues and concerns. The next Planning Commission meeting was set for September 9th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Town Hall. A motion to adjourn was made by Hartwig and seconded by Mohr.
