Town of Lincoln Special Meeting June 26, 2026 The Special Meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. by Chairman Bill Hassey. Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Hassey, Supervisors; Ken Fox, Bruce Richter, and Dick Stoegbauer, Supervisor Kim Simac was present by telephone, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer, Sherry Schmidt, and Clerk/Treasurer, Shelly Sauvola.
