Town of Lincoln Special Meeting April 27, 2026 The Special Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Supervisor Ken Fox. Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Fox, Supervisors; Bruce Richter, Kim Simac, and Dick Stoegbauer, Chairman Bill Hassey present by telephone, and Clerk/Treasurer, Shelly Sauvola.
