Planning Commission — Minutes

Town of Lincoln Planning Commission Meeting May 13, 2026 Chair Ken Fox called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Eric Sonnleitner — Planner from North Central WI Regional Planning Commission (NCWRPC), Supervisor Ken Fox, Town Chair Bill Hassey, Member Kurt Hartwig, Member Dan Kramer, Member Steve Burr, Member John Mohr Jr, Member Charity Boldebuck, Member Nan Andrews, and Deputy ClerWTreasurer Sherry Schmidt. One other interested person was in attendance. Open Meeting Statement and Verification Media Notification given by Ken Fox. The Agenda was approved on a motion by Kramer, seconded by Mohr, with all in favor; the motion carried. Motion made by Kramer to appoint Hartwig as Planning Commission Vice Chair,seconded by Yohr, all in favor, motion carried. NCWRPC Planner Eric Sonnleitner gave an overview of the plan update process: brief discussion was held about the Town of Lincoln Public Participation Plan (PPP) Review of Chapters -3 (Demographics, Natural Resources, and Housing) and related maps. A brief discussion was held on issues and concerns. The next Planning Commission meeting was seefor July 8th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Town Hall.
