Special Meeting — Minutes

Town of Lincoln Special Meeting April 27, 2026 The Special Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chairman Bill Hassey. Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Hassey, Supervisors; Bruce Richter, Kim Simac, and Ken Fox, Dick Stoegbauer present by telephone, and Clerk/Treasurer, Shelly Sauvola. Three other interested persons were in attendance. Chairman Hassey gave the Open Meeting Statement and Verification Media Notice. The agenda was board-approved on a motion by Simac, seconded by Richter; all were in favor; the motion carried. The board approved the Plan Commission Members for the 2026-2027 term on a motion by Richter: KEN FOX (CHAIRPERSON) - 3 -YEAR TERM STEVE BURR - 1 YEAR TERM NAN ANDREWS - 2 -YEAR TERM DAN KRAMER - 3 -YEAR TERM JOHN MORS - 2 -YEAR TERM CHARITY BOLDEBUCK - 1 YEAR TERM KURT HARTWIG - 3 -YEAR TERM SHERRY SCHMIDT - (SECRETARY) Stoegbauer seconded the motion; all were in favor, and the motion carried.
