Town of Lincoln Special Meeting February 11, 2026 The Special Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chairman Bill Hassey. Pledge of Allegiance, Present: Hassey, Supervisors; Kim Simac and Ken Fox, Dick Stoegbauer present by telephone, and Clerk/Treasurer, Shelly Sauvola. Three other interested persons were in attendance. Chairman Hassey gave the Open Meeting Statement and Verification Media Notice. The agenda was board-approved on a motion by Fox, seconded by Stoegbauer; all were in favor; the motion carried. Chairman Hassey opened two bids that were received for the Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) asphalt paving project on Sundstein Road. The first bidder was Northeast Asphalt, Inc., totaling $869,714.00. The second bidder was Pitlik & Wick, Inc., totaling $970,485.40. A motion was made by Fox to accept the proposal from Northeast Asphalt, Inc., for $869,714.00, the motion was seconded by Stoegbauer; all were in favor; the motion carried.
